Battlefield 6 Has Raised Millions of Dollars Even Before It's Released

Despite several months before the official release, Battlefield 6 is already showing impressive financial results. According to Alinea Analytics, the number of pre-orders for the game has exceeded 605 thousand copies, which has brought the developers over $35 million. However, after deducting platform commissions and taxes, EA's net profit will be significantly less.

The interest in the project is also confirmed by statistics: Battlefield 6 has been added to the wishlists of over 2.7 million gamers. Analysts note that 62% of them have previously played Call of Duty, 48% - the previous parts of Battlefield, and a significant part of the audience showed interest in Helldivers 2 and Delta Force. Experts are confident in the successful launch of the shooter, but its long-term prospects will depend on support from EA.

Battlefield 6 will be released on October 10 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
