Game Science Announces Black Myth: Wukong Sequel Titled Zhong Kui

Chinese studio Game Science presented the debut teaser of its upcoming project — Black Myth: Zhong Kui, which will be a thematic sequel to the anticipated role-playing action game Black Myth: Wukong. Unlike the original, where the main character is Sun Wukong, in the sequel, users will control another mythological character — Zhong Kui, known in ancient Chinese mythology as a demon catcher.

The developers emphasize that the project is in the early stages of production, and the exact release date has not yet been determined. The game will retain the key elements of the original formula, including a dynamic combat system and mythological basis, but will receive significant innovations and unique mechanics. The release of Black Myth: Zhong Kui is planned for PC platforms and current consoles.
