American brand Fi has introduced Mini, a GPS tracker with fitness monitoring functions for animals

Fi, a company specializing in gadgets for pets, has released a compact Mini tracker for dogs and cats. The device, measuring 42 x 30 x 12.5 mm and weighing 16 grams, is attached to the collar and combines GPS tracking via the Verizon network with advanced fitness monitoring. The IP68 waterproof case protects the electronics, and the battery life reaches three weeks.

In addition to accurate location tracking, the tracker analyzes the animal's activity, counts steps, evaluates sleep quality and records behavioral patterns - including the frequency of barking, licking or scratching. All data is synchronized with a mobile application, where owners can view 30-day statistics, build travel routes and share information with veterinarians. A subscription is required to work, starting at $ 79 for six months with a one-time payment of $ 20 for activation.
