Amazon to Adapt Life is Strange: Work on Series Begins

The streaming service has launched production of a series based on the cult game Life is Strange. The adaptation will be made in the format of a show with live actors, and screenwriter Charlie Covell, known for her work on the drama The End of the F***ing World, has been appointed to lead the project. The creators plan to remake the plot of the original game without significant deviations from the original source.

Recall that Life is Strange tells the story of photography student Max Caulfield, who unexpectedly discovers the ability to control time. The title has gained cult status thanks to its unique atmosphere and strong plot, but subsequent attempts to turn it into a full-fledged franchise have not been successful. There is no information about the premiere date of the show yet.
