Ubisoft Releases Claws of Awaji DLC for Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The studio has unveiled the Claws of Awaji story add-on for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, which is already available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The add-on is paid, but it is free for anyone who pre-ordered any edition of the main game.

The add-on is designed for about ten hours of play and offers a new region, an original story, and additional activities. The events unfold on Awaji Island, where Naoe and Yasuke must go in search of a lost treasure. Their opponents will be the Sanzoku Ippa bandits, known for their ambush tactics and the use of cunning traps.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows was released on March 20, 2025 on PC and current-gen consoles.
