Bloomberg: The first foldable iPhone will be released in 2026 and will cost at least $2,000.

Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has revealed new details about the debut foldable iPhone, expected to launch in the fall of 2026 alongside the iPhone 18 series. According to him, the smartphone will resemble two ultra-thin iPhone Airs joined together and will feature a titanium casing. It is believed that the iPhone Air itself was conceived by Apple as an interim step before the launch of a foldable device.

The main production capacity for the new device will be concentrated in China, contrary to previous rumors about possible assembly being moved to India. The iPhone Fold will cost at least $2,000 and will go on sale in the fall of 2026.
