Electronic Arts has officially unveiled the battle royale game Battlefield 6, set to release on October 28

EA and Battlefield Studios have officially confirmed the development of a battle royale mode for Battlefield 6. The new mode is called REDSEC, as previously announced by insiders.

The game will be free-to-play and available to all players on October 28, immediately following the reveal of the debut trailer. The title's debut season will also launch on the same day, with content being released in stages over three major updates.

Battlefield 6 became available on October 10 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
