Assassin's Creed Mirage receives a major update with a new story and region
Ubisoft, despite facing a precarious situation, is nonetheless keeping its promises and has released a free story expansion for Assassin's Creed Mirage. The company announced the new content was in the works back in October and, despite the circumstances, released it on time.
Patch 1.1.0 is now available to players, expanding the game with a new location – Al-Ula Valley – and adding a standalone mini-campaign, Valley of Memory. This new content can be accessed after completing the mission "Head of the Snake." Along with additional missions and an unexplored location, Mirage received side activities, including treasure hunts and musical elements, two challenging difficulty levels with fine-tuning options, updated parkour moves like free jumping and hopping, a quest replay mode, and Tier 3 gear.
The developers also fixed numerous technical issues affecting graphics and gameplay. The Valley of Memory expansion was released on November 18th and is available for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox users.
