11 minutes of the battle for Wakanda from the Marvel arcade action game Cosmic Invasion are shown

IGN has released over eleven minutes of gameplay footage from Marvel Cosmic Invasion, demonstrating a walkthrough of a level set in Wakanda. The video, accompanied by developer commentary, offers insight into the pacing and structure of the upcoming pixel-art beat-em-up. The footage shows the heroes battling multiple opponents in dynamic arenas, with playable characters including Black Panther, Cosmic Ghost Rider, Captain America, and other members of the team.

The game's plot revolves around Annihilus's massive invasion, which threatens the entire galaxy. Marvel superheroes must unite to stop the devastating onslaught and maintain the balance of power. The game features 15 playable fighters, with the option to select two characters at a time before each mission, allowing you to switch between them mid-fight and develop more flexible tactical decisions.

The game features local and online co-op, including cross-play between PC and consoles. Marvel Cosmic Invasion will release on December 1st on Xbox, PlayStation, PC, and Nintendo Switch, as well as on Game Pass.
