Bodycam has received a major update with a redesigned zombie mode and the transition to Unreal Engine 5.5
The ultra-realistic online shooter Bodycam has received one of the most significant updates since its release in Early Access. The project was completely ported to Unreal Engine 5.5, allowing the developers to rework fundamental systems, improve performance, and enhance stability. Key maps were also optimized and numerous bugs were fixed, with some changes coming thanks to community feedback.
One of the key new features was a large map for Zombies mode, updated with fresh mechanics and interaction elements. Players now have access to new weapons, including a crossbow, significantly expanding the mode's tactical options.

Furthermore, the game added a new location, Powergun, a detailed digital replica of a real-life location in France. Its creation presented a significant challenge for the team due to the scale of the area and the need to accurately reproduce all elements of the environment.
