Xbox will ditch personalized player scores this year
The traditional annual results, which most digital services and gaming platforms summarize at the end of December, will not be available to Xbox owners this time. Console users will not receive the personalized year-end statistics they have become accustomed to.
According to journalists at Windows Central, budget constraints were the reason for abandoning the format. Microsoft simply ran out of marketing funds, so the company decided to abandon the interactive results. The company used the freed-up resources to celebrate major anniversaries of the Xbox brand, as well as those of associated studios and game series.

At the same time, Microsoft makes it clear that the format is not permanently discontinued. Personalized results are planned to be reintroduced in the future, but this year, Xbox users will be at a disadvantage compared to PlayStation and Steam players, where such summaries are traditionally available.
