JDM: Japanese Drift Master developers have added fuel to the fire amid the hype surrounding Forza Horizon 6
Interest in Forza Horizon 6 is rapidly growing ahead of the upcoming reveal of the first full gameplay footage. A recent release date leak has also drawn additional attention to Microsoft's project: the new installment in the cult racing series will take players to Japan—a region Horizon fans have been dreaming about for years. This news has significantly intensified discussions about the upcoming release.

Polish studio Gaming Factory SA, working on JDM: Japanese Drift Master, decided to take advantage of this opportunity. The developers published a provocative message, clearly aimed at the Forza audience, reminding them that the virtual Japanese streets are now available for racing. In this way, the studio offered an alternative to waiting for the May release and future reveals of Horizon 6, emphasizing that their project allows players to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Japanese drifting without interruption.
JDM: Japanese Drift Master is already out on PC and Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 owners will be able to join the races on February 6, 2026. With the release of Forza Horizon 6 approaching, this move seems like an attempt to grab the attention of genre fans and make a strong presence felt at the perfect time.
