Battlefield 6 developers have issued compensation for the broken Battle Pass
The issue with the Battlefield 6 BF Pro bonus Battle Pass, which arose late last year, has been finally resolved by the developers. Players who completed one of the missions immediately after its release were unable to receive all the required rewards due to a technical glitch in the rewards system. After several weeks of waiting, users received an in-game email from the development team with an official apology and a full set of compensation items.

To receive the missed rewards, including the exclusive Objective Ace skin, players had to confirm acceptance of the items attached to the email using a special button in the interface. Afterward, all items were automatically added to users' collections. This incident demonstrates the standard procedure for resolving technical issues in modern live-service games, where timely compensation is crucial to maintaining community trust.

The developers' decision to refund all Battle Pass rewards without requiring players to re-complete missions was an expected measure following an initial promise to rectify the situation.
