Thirteen minutes of gameplay footage from the GTA-inspired anime action game Neverness to Everness has been revealed

Hotta Studio has released an extended gameplay trailer for Neverness to Everness, showcasing 13 minutes of gameplay focused on dynamic combat encounters and cinematic cutscenes with a distinctive anime aesthetic. Although the project is often compared to the Grand Theft Auto series due to its open-world design and elements such as vehicle customization and a business management system, the footage does not reveal any direct similarities to Rockstar Games titles. The emphasis is on the fantasy setting and the characters' supernatural abilities, distinguishing the project from traditional city simulators.

The project is an attempt to synthesize several popular genres—action with RPG elements, life simulation, and an open-world fantasy setting.

Neverness to Everness is scheduled for release in 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, iOS, and Android, reflecting the developers' cross-platform strategy. Closed testing of the game will take place from February 6th to 20th, allowing for feedback from select participants before the final stage of development.
