The Chinese brand revealed the cost of international versions of new devices, as well as talked about update cycles and recalled technical specifications.
The global version of Xiaomi 13 Pro, like the version for China, received a screen with a 6.73" AMOLED matrix. At the top of the display there is a small cutout for a 32 MP selfie camera. The main camera module has acquired three 50-megapixel sensors. The main sensor here stands the Sony IMX 989, complemented by its telephoto and wide-angle lens.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM. The 256 GB internal storage is USF 4.0 compliant. The battery of the smartphone has a capacity of 4820 mAh and support for fast charging at 120 watts.
The younger version has the same hardware platform, but the amount of RAM here is already 8 GB. Xiaomi 13 also received a 6.36″ screen and a 4500 mAh battery with support for fast charging at 67 W. The camera also differs from the older version: it uses the main Sony IMX 800 sensor at 50 MP. It is complemented by a 10 MP telephoto camera and an ultra wide-angle lens on 12 MP.
Devices will receive at least three operating system updates. They will also receive security updates over the course of five years. In addition, the devices will receive an international warranty, which will allow owners to contact service centers for repair service in 40 countries where the brand is present.
The start of sales of the global version of smartphones is scheduled for March 8. Buyers will have to shell out €999 for the standard model, while €1299 will have to be unfastened for the Pro model.
