The release of GTA 6 will not be postponed until 2026
The game should be released on time. Earlier, information spread online that due to problems in production, the project could miss the launch window in 2025.
On March 22, the Kotaku portal reported that the release of GTA 6 could be postponed to the end of 2025 or even to 2026, as the production process is lagging behind. However, according to Insider Gaming senior editor Mike Straw, development is progressing strictly on schedule, as several sources told him.
Reputable insider Tom Henderson also agrees with Straw. Even after the release of the Kotaku material, he criticized them for unnecessarily inflating the situation.
