Developers from Saber Interactive have announced plans for extended support for the shooter Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, which will last at least until the end of 2025. The project, which successfully launched in September 2024, will continue to delight fans with regular free updates and paid additions included in the second year season pass.
The planned content includes new PvE missions, unique enemy types, additional weapons and the long-awaited Techmarine class. Particular attention is drawn to the large-scale update 10.0, which is being prepared for the game's anniversary, which will add a PvP mode, chaos armor and an energy axe to the players' arsenal.

The success of Space Marine 2, which received high marks from critics and players, has already inspired Saber Interactive to begin work on the third part of the franchise. At the same time, the studio continues to actively develop the current project, demonstrating a commitment to long-term support of its products, which is rare for the modern gaming market.
