Marvel Rivals Unveils Provocative Beach Skins for Characters
Developers from NetEase have announced a series of revealing summer costumes for the characters of the shooter Marvel Rivals, inspired by the iconic Marvel's Swimsuit Edition. Executive producer Danny Koo showed off five new looks, among which the female characters stand out in particular - Psylocke in an ultra-revealing bikini with deep cutouts and Luna Snow in an asymmetrical swimsuit.
The male characters also received non-standard beach options: Thor appeared in classic swimming trunks, while the Punisher and Loki - in tight-fitting swimming trunks, and the Punisher's outfit contains a direct reference to the 1993 Marvel's Swimsuit Edition comic in the form of a large skull.
The announcement is timed to coincide with the revival of the Marvel swimsuit series, but the exact timing of these skins appearing in the game and their rarity remain unknown.
