Blade Joins Marvel Rivals in August

Marvel Rivals developers NetEase Games have unveiled a trailer for a new character, the legendary vampire hunter Blade. The hero will join the shooter roster this August. The published video demonstrates the character's combat skills, including both melee combat with a sword and attacks with firearms.

According to the game's classification, Blade will belong to the Duelist category, which emphasizes his focus on active offensive actions. The character's addition is planned for an intermediate stage of the content update, designated as "season 3.5", the start of which is scheduled for August 8, 2025.

Marvel Rivals is currently in its third season, The Abyss Awakens, which brought players a new character - the mutant Jean Gray, who possesses the powers of the cosmic entity Phoenix.
