Hitman: Absolution Coming to Mobile and Nintendo Switch

Publishers IO Interactive and Feral Interactive have announced the upcoming release of the Hitman: Absolution stealth action port on iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch. Mobile versions of the game will go on sale in the fall of 2024 for $15, while the release on Nintendo Switch will take place later - at the end of 2025. Owners of the next generation of Nintendo consoles will be able to evaluate the native version of the project in 2026.
Pre-orders are already open in the App Store, while only the pre-registration function is currently available on Google Play. The developers emphasize that the mobile version will offer a full-fledged AAA experience with an adapted control system, including support for gamepads, keyboard, and mouse.
The plot of Hitman: Absolution tells the story of Agent 47's confrontation with his own organization, when a professional assassin decides to protect a mysterious girl named Victoria. Unlike previous parts of the series, the game has a more linear structure and cinematic presentation. Fans of the franchise are promised additional details about the console versions in the near future.
