The second phase of the Battlefield 6 open beta is available to all players

EA and Battlefield Studios have launched the second stage of open beta testing of Battlefield 6, which will last until August 18 at 11:00 Moscow time. Unlike the first stage, the new version has an additional map, Empire State, which takes place in New York. This location is designed for infantry battles and compact modes, including Domination.

In addition to the new map, the developers have added two additional modes - Assault and Squad Deathmatch. Also in the second stage of testing, the custom matchmaking function became available, allowing players to choose their preferred maps and modes. New challenges have also appeared, the completion of which will bring rewards in the full version of the game after release.

To participate in the beta test on PC, you need to activate the Secure Boot function in the BIOS, which is necessary for the EA Javelin anti-cheat to work. The developers also presented a special page with detailed player statistics, where you can track the number of kills, resurrections of allies and other indicators. An EA ID account is required to access the statistics.

The full version of Battlefield 6 will be released on October 10 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
