Images of large-scale Battlefield 6 maps leaked online

Unknown sources have published images of previously unseen maps for the upcoming Battlefield 6, which should allay fans' fears about the size of the game's locations. The maps featured include New Sobek City, Mirak Valley, a remake of Operation Firestorm from Battlefield 3, and Manhattan Bridge. According to preliminary estimates, most of the locations are comparable in scale to Siege of Shanghai from Battlefield 4, with Mirak Valley significantly larger.

The leak appeared after criticism from beta test participants who complained about the cramped conditions and lack of vehicles on the initially shown maps. The developers had previously assured that the final version of the game would contain spacious locations in line with the series' traditions. Battlefield 6 will be released on October 10 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, while the open beta has already attracted more than 20 million participants, indicating high interest in the project.
