GTA 6 Prototype Car to Sell at Auction for Thousands of Dollars

Kraft Auction featured a real 2013 Chevrolet Caprice, which was used by Rockstar Games as a reference for the police car in GTA 6. The car, with 121,000 kilometers on the clock, equipped with a V8 engine and automatic transmission, was re-equipped to match the color scheme of the fictional Vice City police, after which it was digitized and transferred to the project.

The auction will end on August 23, with the starting price of $10 increasing to $3,250 thanks to 20 bids. According to the auction description, the car is fully suitable for driving on public roads and meets all the requirements for police car replicas. The release of the title itself is scheduled for May 26, 2026 and will initially take place only on consoles.
