Football Manager 26 is coming this fall and will debut on the new engine
After a year-long hiatus, the series is returning with a new installment, and the developers have finally revealed the release date. Football Manager 26 will go on sale on November 4 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series, and mobile devices. Nintendo Switch owners will have to wait a little longer — the version for the hybrid console will be released on December 4.
The developers explained that the pause in releases was due to the transition to the Unity engine. Thanks to this step, the visual component of the simulation has noticeably improved, and the matches have received a more realistic display. In addition, special attention was paid to the redesign of the interface: it has become more modern and user-friendly, which should facilitate navigation for both beginners and experienced players.

Thus, Football Manager 26 will not only resume the annual cycle of the series, but will also become the first project to open a new technical era for the franchise.
