Early gameplay footage of Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra featuring Black Panther has leaked online.
The first gameplay footage of the superhero action-adventure game, recently delayed from 2025 to 2026, has surfaced online. Until now, Skydance New Media had only released CGI clips that didn't provide any mechanics details, and the leak partially explains the delay.
The footage shows a fight scene featuring Black Panther, apparently controlled by the player. The character dynamically moves around the room, vaults over furniture, and uses the environment to attack. The developers previously confirmed that Captain America would also be available in the game, but he doesn't appear in this version.
According to MP1st, the footage is from a two-year-old build, so its low quality and noticeable flaws are understandable. The project has likely undergone significant changes since then.
The authenticity of the footage can only be verified after the studio officially reveals the title. Rumors are swirling that Sony will soon hold another State of Play event, and it's also possible that Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra will be unveiled at The Game Awards, which would be a fitting venue for such a major announcement.
