GTA 6 is ready for pre-orders – the PS Store page has been updated.

The PlayStation Store page for the long-awaited action-adventure game Grand Theft Auto VI has been updated. Social media users have noticed new sections for player reviews and overviews, which remain empty. This has led fans to speculate that pre-orders may be opening very soon.

GTA 6 is scheduled to release on May 26, 2026, for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The PC version will be released later, and a port for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 console is rumored to be released no earlier than 2027.

The game will take place in the state of Leonidas, a fictional version of Florida. According to insiders, the map will be almost twice the size of GTA V and will include three major cities and four suburban areas, making it the largest location in the series' history.
