Gamers have found a way to quickly level up in Battlefield 6 – farming servers are flooding the game.
Battlefield 6 players have discovered a way to speed up the extremely slow progression system, turning Portal mode into a veritable XP grinder. Electronic Arts initially warned that leveling up in the new game would take a significant amount of time, but the reality turned out to be far harsher: unlocking modifications and upgrades for a single weapon requires dozens of hours of play.
Savvy users quickly found a workaround. The in-game Portal builder allows you to create your own scenarios with modified battle parameters, and participating in these matches awards full XP. As a result, Breakthrough mode, with its compact maps and high-density combat, became a hotbed of activity—bloggers actively recommended it as the most profitable way to level up, leading to a massive influx of players. At one point, the system even stopped processing new server creations due to overload.
Electronic Arts has already responded to the situation and is manually shutting down the most popular farming servers, but the company is unable to completely stop this method. The community believes that the problem lies not in "abusers," but in excessively slow progression—perhaps the developers should simply increase the amount of experience awarded for regular matches.
