The ginger cat is back in the spotlight: PS Plus might be giving away Stray for free

According to popular insider billbil-kun, the main title in the November game selection for PS Plus Essential subscribers will be Stray, an adventure about a ginger cat from BlueTwelve Studio and Annapurna Interactive. The source did not reveal any other titles included in the upcoming giveaway.

Official confirmation is scheduled for October 29th, and the new titles are tentatively expected to be available for download starting November 4th. The giveaway will last until December 2nd.

Stray is an adventure game in which the player controls a stray cat trapped in a mysterious cybercity inhabited by robots. The hero must escape to the surface, unravel the mystery of humanity's disappearance, and establish contact with a drone named B-12, who has become his companion.

The game was released in the summer of 2022 on PC and PlayStation, and later came to Xbox and Nintendo Switch. Stray received critical acclaim and became one of the most talked about indie hits of recent years.
