A new FIFA game has been announced – a football simulator exclusive to Netflix

FIFA, in partnership with Netflix Games, has officially confirmed the development of a new FIFA-branded game. Little is known about the project yet: Delphi Interactive, the studio responsible for development and publishing the upcoming football simulator, is developing the game.

The game will support both single-player and online matches with other users. The project is positioned as a Netflix Games ecosystem exclusive, meaning it will only be available through Netflix on TVs, as well as on iOS and Android mobile devices.

The new FIFA is scheduled for release in 2026, timed to coincide with the start of the FIFA World Cup. The tournament will take place from June 11 to July 19 in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and the game's release is planned as close to the event as possible.

As a reminder, Electronic Arts developed the FIFA series until 2022. After its partnership with FIFA ended, the company relaunched the franchise under its own brand, EA Sports FC, while the football organization itself began seeking new partners to bring back the iconic name.
