Riot Games is preparing the largest League of Legends rework ever

According to Bloomberg, Riot Games is working on a major update to LoL that could radically change the face of the iconic MOBA. The project, internally known as League Next, is not a new game, but a profound reimagining of an existing one.

Sources claim the team intends to update virtually every key element of League of Legends. This includes reworking the map, champion designs, graphics, and overall art style. However, it is still unclear whether the changes will affect core gameplay mechanics or balance structures.
