A modder has restored deleted scenes and hundreds of lines of dialogue to Baldur's Gate III

Even almost a year and a half after its release, Baldur's Gate III continues to maintain a high online presence and inspire the community to create new projects. One enthusiast has decided to focus on the game's past and restore content that was available during Early Access but disappeared from the final version.

A modification called Early Access Scenes Restored brings back scenes and events familiar to players from early builds. The scale of the work was impressive: nearly a hundred dialogue scenes and over a thousand lines of fully voiced dialogue have been added. Some material was directly extracted from older versions, while the rest was recreated manually, including cutscenes and additional companion reactions to key events.

The mod's creator emphasizes that his goal was not to restore all cut content. He deliberately selected only those episodes that fit seamlessly into the current plot and do not contradict the canon of Baldur's Gate III. The modification is now available for download and allows you to look at a familiar story from a new angle, expanding the narrative by adding forgotten details.
