Gran Turismo 7 is getting a major free update with new cars
Polyphony Digital announced the release of another free update for Gran Turismo 7. Patch version 1.67 became available on January 29, 2026, and will offer players fresh content designed for both collectors and enthusiasts of intense racing.
The update will center on three new cars. The simulator's fleet will be expanded with the 2024 Hyundai ELANTRA N TC race car, the modern 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 R (992 generation), and the powerful 2025 Xiaomi SU7 Ultra electric sports car, which will be one of the most unusual cars in the game.

The update will also affect the virtual cafe. Gran Turismo 7 will feature a new menu item, item number 52, dedicated to collecting Hyundai N models. Access to this menu will only be available to players with a minimum Collector Level of 58, making the content targeted at an experienced audience.
For competition fans, the developers have prepared new events in the "World Circuits" mode. Players will be able to test their skills in the World Touring Car 600 races at the Nürburgring, the Touring Cars 700 at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, and the Touring Cars 800 at Mount Panorama. The Scapes photo mode will also be expanded: "California Views" will be added to the featured locations section, allowing you to take photos of your car against the backdrop of picturesque American landscapes.
