Death Stranding 2 will arrive on PC in March
Kojima Productions, in partnership with Sony Interactive Entertainment, announced the release date for the PC version of their long-awaited action game, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. The port will be available to PC users on March 19th. To celebrate, the developers released a new trailer showcasing the technical features of the adaptation.
The PC version will feature a number of significant improvements over the console release. Players will be able to enjoy the game on ultra-wide monitors with a 21:9 aspect ratio and can expect a fully unlocked frame rate. Support for various image scaling technologies has also been implemented. The integration of the DualSense controller, which retains the unique haptic feel and adaptive triggers that have become the hallmark of the studio's games, is particularly noteworthy.
The sequel will continue the story of Sam Porter Bridges, who will once again play a key role in saving humanity. This time, his mission extends beyond the United States: the action takes place in Australia and Mexico, where the protagonist will have to establish connections with isolated communities of survivors.
