Fans have calculated how much money Leon Kennedy destroyed while fighting the Umbrella Corporation

Resident Evil fans decided to find out how much the exploits of one of the most famous operatives, Leon Kennedy, cost Umbrella Corporation. Over thirty years of fighting biological weapons, the hero inflicted colossal financial losses on the company, destroying countless valuable samples.

The calculations were inspired by the new game Resident Evil Requiem, where a price list for Umbrella products, dated 2026, can be found in one of the locations. According to this list, the iconic Tyrant, better known as Mr. X, is valued at $120 million per unit. A giant mutant plant called Plant 43 costs slightly less, at $100 million. Cerberus, the mutated guard dogs, cost customers $30 million each, while the classic Lickers turned out to be the cheapest, at just $14 million. The price of the legendary Nemesis from the third game is listed as negotiable, which precludes its inclusion in the calculations.

After analyzing the main games in the series, enthusiasts have concluded that the documented assassinations of Mr. X and Plant 43 alone cost Umbrella $220 million. And that doesn't even include the countless swarms of lickers and Cerberuses that Leon destroyed throughout his adventures. Add to this the hero's exploits in animated films, such as Resident Evil: Damnation, where he dealt with three tyrants and hordes of lickers at once, and the total damage has long since exceeded half a billion dollars. Thus, Leon Kennedy can rightfully be considered not only the savior of humanity but also the main financial ruiner of the Umbrella Corporation.
