Mobile game Hill Climb Racing has surpassed 2 billion downloads
Finnish studio Fingersoft announced that its iconic mobile arcade racing game, Hill Climb Racing, has reached a historic milestone of 2 billion downloads. Originally released in 2012, the title took nearly 14 years to reach this milestone, while maintaining a daily active user base of over 4 million.

The widespread acclaim of the original game led to the creation of a full-fledged franchise, including a sequel, Hill Climb Racing 2, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. The combined downloads of all games in the series are approaching three billion, demonstrating the reach of the media brand. A collaboration with LEGO has resulted in the release of a standalone spin-off, LEGO Hill Climb Adventures, expanding the game's universe through a crossover with the popular construction toy.
The franchise's third installment, Hill Climb Racing 3, is currently in its soft launch for gamers in the UK, Finland, Sweden, and Norway.
